What We Do
Driving is a complex task that relies on sensory, cognitive and motor functions working together in an integrated way.
Â
The visual and auditory senses gathering information about the vehicle and surrounding environment, cognitive functions process that information to form driving decisions, and physical actions execute those decisions to operate the vehicle safely in relation to the road.
Â
At The Driving and Health Clinic, we evaluate these sensory, cognitive and motor functions and the impact of health conditions on driving ability.
